THE Love Island baby challenge is one of the show's most popular tasks, pushing its contestants to the limit and delivered some of the show's most memorable moments.
Each couple is usually assigned a baby and automatically become new 'parents', which means they must tend to their baby's every need which includes feeding as well as nappy changes.
Not all the Islanders rise to the task, with most often struggling to even deal with the idea of looking after a baby.
We take a look at the most shocking baby challenge moments from over the years.
Jordan the solo parent – 2019
Jordan Hames was left a single dad in the baby task – after Anna Vakili dumped him for secretly trying to replace her.
The 28-year-old told her ex: "I don't know whose baby that is – because it's not mine. It's one of your 100 girls' babe."
He shot back: "I'm not your babe."

Oliva's box baby – 2017
Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood cared for baby Cash for the day.
He got incredibly attached to their bundle of joy – and even shed a tear at the end of the task. Chris even said he’d save Cash from a fire if it came to it and was so committed to being a dad to the plastic tot he even took him on holiday.
But Cash's fate shocked fans when they spotted him shoved in a box during a row between the pair.

In their post-Love Island show Crackin’ On, the couple had a massive row and eventually broke up.
In the background, Chris and Olivia's belongings were piled up in boxes next to the sofa they were sitting on during the row.
But in the background, lying on top of a box was little Cash.
Toby flips out – 2021
Chloe and Toby picked the name Marley for their tot but the new dad did not take too well to parenting.
While standing in the villa foyer, he was seen flipping the baby around and then accidentally dropped, much to the horror of everyone around him.
Speaking of flipping out – 2019
Tommy Fury got shouted out for being a bit too acrobatic with his baby with Molly-Mae Hague.
Standing by the pool, Tommy flipped their baby around a few times.
When Molly noticed she shouted: "“Uh, Tommy, what the f**k was that?”
Tommy replied: "I was just taking him for a little ride."
Dr Alex's buggy ride from hell – 2018
The baby challenge went drastically wrong for Dr Alex who probably killed his baby.
Alex had been taking part in a buggy race with Jack around the villa when he tripped and fell, sending the baby flying.
The doctor hurtled into the sun lounges as the baby bounced along the concrete.
Get a grip Josh – 2018
Josh Denzel also didn't get a handle on parenting and sent everyone into hysterics when he ripped his baby's arm off.

While playing with baby Prince on the sun lounge, Josh picked the baby up by the arm to show Kaz only to tear it straight from its body.
