My son's embarrassed of my career telling me to keep clothes on, says Louise | The Sun

LOUISE Redknapp has revealed that her younger son is embarrassed of her pop career.

The 48-year-old star initially rose to prominence as a member of the R&B group Eternal, which debuted in 1993.

Louise, recently made the surprising revelation in a new interview that some of her brood may not be that approving.

The 9 to 5 West End star was previously married to Jamie Redknapp, 49, from 1998 until their divorce in 2017 after 19 years of marriage.

Together, the pair share two sons, Charley, 18, and 14-year-old Beau who was born in 2008.

And she hinted that although her sons are mostly supportive of her moves in music, her younger child is not such a fan of her music videos.

Speaking on the 'White Wine Question Time' podcast, she said: "My older one, he laughs it off now. The 14 year old, doesn’t… although I don’t really do anything.

"My last music video, he said to me, ‘It’s nice to see you fully clothed in this music video.’

"I’ve got like trousers and a top and flats on! He hasn’t seen the next video, with my silver bodysuit that’s coming out next!

"I’d never do anything that’s not tasteful, I’d never do anything that they’d be really embarrassed by, it’s all banter. I know that they are so proud, they are my biggest champions."
