MICHELLE McManus looked completely different after showing off a bold hair transformation.
The 42-year-old Pop Idol winner took to Instagram to reveal her new locks as she promoted a Christmas show.
All This Time singer Michelle swapped her trademark blonde hair for bright orange – and her followers went wild for the style.
One wrote: "LOVE your hair like this!"
Another said: "Your hair!!! 🔥❤️."
Replying, Michelle said: "Thanks my darling. All down to the amazing team @whiplashglasgow ❤️."

Earlier this year Michelle and husband Jeff became parents for a second time to a baby boy named Nicholas.
Sharing the happy news on Instagram, Michelle wrote: “Goodbye January 2022 👏 although I don’t know how any other month this year could possibly top you as you’re the month we welcomed the newest addition to our family 👶🏻❤
“Please say hello to Nicholas Peter Nimmo. You are so perfect in every way and we’re just so madly in love with you.
"Thank you for completing our family and our world. Love Mummy, Daddy and Harry 💙💙💙💙.”
