Popular ITV primetime show axed tonight amid massive scheduling shake-up | The Sun

POPULAR ITV quiz show The 1% Club has been axed tonight to avoid clashing with Eurovision.

The channel announced a massive schedule shake-up as Lee Mack's show and Britain's Got Talent both got the boot.

A channel spokesman for The 1% Club wrote on Twitter: "No show tonight, but back next week."

In a bid to entertain fans online instead, the account continued: "So here’s a quick question…

"Eurovision has a complicated voting system.

"If Croatia is happy to give Belgium or Ukraine 12 points, and Spain plan to give theirs to Italy, will France vote for Switzerland, Norway or Lithuania? #The1PercentClub."

"You guys embraced me with open arms and I'm forever grateful.

"Tonight is the night & i just hope I can do all of you proud, but whatever the outcome, thank you, thank you, thank you. Eurovision you have a place in my heart forever."
