Citadel: Richard Madden stars in trailer for Prime series
Citadel will be hitting Amazon Prime Video on April 28 with episodes dropping on the streaming platform weekly. The show focuses on the titular Citadel, an elite spy agency which was destroyed eight years ago by a shadowy syndicate known only as Manticore. Although the Citadel was decimated, two of its elite agents escaped with their lives after their memories were wiped.
The duo continued to live normal lives until one day one of their former Citadel colleagues approached them and told them about their true identities, warning about a new threat presented by Manticore.
The agents will now find themselves reactivated for a brand-new mission as they try to figure out who they can trust as they try to separate the truth from the lies.
This new mission with take the pair across the world in a high-stakes operation while trying to navigate their own relationship built on deceit, secrets and love.

Who is in the cast of Citadel?
Mason Kane – Richard Madden
Scottish star Richard Madden takes on the role of one of the Citadel spies Mason Kane, who will be enlisted for the mission.
Madden is no stranger to screens with roles in Game of Thrones, Bodyguard, The Take, Rocketman, Cinderella and Electric Dreams.
Some of his more recent roles have included Eternals, From Now, 1917 and the actor will be appearing in Killer Heat, which is in pre-production.
Citadel has also been given the green light for season two prior to its premiere but depending on the direction of the story, Madden and other cast members could be back.
Nadia Sinh – Priyanka Chopra Jonas
Bollywood and Hollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be playing Mason’s partner and fellow Citadel agent Nadia Sinh.
Chopra Jones is known for roles in Baywatch, Quantico, White Tiger, Isn’t It Romantic and We Can Be Heroes.
She has a slew of other projects coming up including Love Again starring opposite Outlander’s Sam Heughan, Heads of State, Jee Le Zaraa, Sheela and Cowboy Ninja Viking.
The star is also known for her high-profile marriage to American musician Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers fame.
Bernard Orlick – Stanley Tucci
American actor Stanley Tucci plays fellow Citadel agent Bernard Orlick, who calls on Nadia and Mason to take on a new mission to stop Manticore.
Veteran Tucci counts credits in The Devil Wears Prada, The Lovely Bones, Spotlight, Julie & Julia, Inside Man and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, among other roles.
Some of his other projects include La Fortuna, Worth, The Silence, A Private War, The Children Act and Fortitude.
He is next starring in Conclave which is in production and The Electric State which is in post-production.

Dahlia Archer – Lesley Manville
British national treasure Lesley Manville takes on the part of Dahlia Archer, who appears to be something of an antagonist.
Manville has appeared in The Crown, Dangerous Liaisons, Sherwood, Life After Life, Phantom Thread, Let Him Go and World on Fire.
Further credits include Misbehaviour, Magpie Murders, Save Me, Mum and Harlots.
While her upcoming projects include The Critic, Disclaimer, Cold Storage, Moonflower Murders and Back to Black.
Other cast members include The Feed and The Legend of Tarzan star Osy Ikhile as Carter Spence, Ashleigh Cummings of NOS4A2, The Goldfinch, and Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries fame as Abby Conroy, Danish actor Roland Møller as Anders Silje and Davik Silje, and child star Caoilinn Springall as Hendrix Conroy.
