Second Im A Celeb star left absolutely gutted after being voted off show

Scarlette Douglas has become the second celebrity to be voted out of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

As she left the jungle to speak to hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, the TV star admitted that she was "absolutely gutted" as she wasn't ready to leave yet.

Scarlette, 35, was pitted against close pal Babatúndé Aléshé in the final two, with the comedian left evidently distraught at her being the one to go.

In light of their friendship and their "brotherly-sisterly bond", Scarlette said she wanted the Celebrity Gogglebox favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle.

Her exit comes afterCharlene White’s became the first celeb to leave the jungle.

The 42 year old television star was announced as the celebrity with the fewest votes on Friday’s show by Ant and Dec.

On leaving the Australian jungle, she told the Geordie duo: “This is really, really weird.”

When asked by Ant and Dec about being the maternal figure in the camp, Charlene said: “Once you are a parent, you take on this role wherever you go. ”

She said she would like Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver or former rugby player Mike Tindall to win I’m A Celebrity.

In light of her exit, comedian Seann Walsh expressed his relief at not being the first to be voted off.

He said in the Bush Telegraph: “I love it here and for me the goal was to not be eliminated first and er, I did it!”

Seann is dating dance teacher and choreographer Grace Adderley, who is currently pregnant with their first child.

After landing in Brisbane airport she said she hoped this was a new chapter for her partner. He credits her with encouraging him to sign up.

She said: "I wouldn’t take the credit for saying it was my idea for him to go. He was obviously nervous about accepting it and I just said well people are going to say what they want about you regardless of whether you do this or not so you may as well just enjoy your life and say yes to these opportunities. It is such a fun life experience."

As he continues his time in the jungle, Seann’s celeb pals have spoken out in his favour and encouraged people to vote for him.

Comedian Rob Beckett said: "Vote Seann Walsh. I’ve known Seann for 12 years. He’s a good bloke with a good heart. He’s made mistakes in the past like we all have at times. He’s got my vote."

And TV star and former I'm A Celeb winner Emily Atack said: "Seann – one of my best mates. I am TELLING you he is a f**king good man. Keep him in I'm A Celebrity."
