Simon Cowell looks slimmer than ever as he shows off three-stone weight loss | The Sun

SIMON Cowell has been spotted looking slimmer than ever as he showed off his three-stone weight loss on a night out.

The Britain's Got Talent boss smiled for the cameras as he was seen leaving the Variety Club Showbusiness Awards in London on Monday night.

Simon, 63, looked suave in an all-black suit, which he paired with a black top and shiny black shoes for the night at the London Hilton.

He was joined by his fiancee Lauren Silverman as he left the venue, showing off his trimmed-down frame in the outfit.

Simon walked side by side with Lauren, 45, who looked chic in a burgundy gown, which she paired with a black handbag.

The mum-of-one let her dark tresses flow down her back, as she accessorised with black-framed glasses and an emerald necklace.

Simon Cowell says horror cycle smash in 2020 was wake-up call

Earlier this year, Simon opened up about losing three stone after changing up his diet and lifestyle after a horror bike crash.

The TV judge said he didn't have a gastric band, but instead overhauled his eating habits by cutting out red meat and gluten.

He exclusively told The Sun: "No, I haven't had a gastric band! Wouldn't there be scars?

“I did see a doctor in Harley Street. He specialises in a certain kind of diet. He did my blood work and pee and all the rest of it.

"A month later the results came in and his words were, ‘You have the worst diet out of all the clients I have ever seen in my life — you have a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s.’

“It was just pies. So he sent me a list of things I can’t eat, and that included red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten. And I pretty much stuck to it.”

Simon insisted that on rare occasions when he does go out for dinner, he doesn't eat – and instead scoffs baked beans on toast before he goes.

“I’m not a big eater,” he insisted. “I don’t enjoy it that much. I’d rather have a beer than eat, any day of the week.

“Sometimes when we go out for dinner and I know I’m going to hate the food, I have baked beans on toast before I go, then eat nothing.

“When you go to one of these ghastly big parties, or weddings, where the food is horrific, I just can’t deal with that.”
