SKY has issued a huge update on Sinead O' Connor's documentary following her tragic death.
The Irish music icon was pronounced dead on Tuesday at the age of 56.
Now, Sky has released a major update on the release of Sinead's documentary.
Nothing Compares, the award-winning documentary will air this weekend as planned, the broadcaster has announced.
The critically acclaimed documentary film follows Sinéad O'Connor's "meteoric climb to global prominence" and how her outspoken nature led to her "exile from the pop mainstream".
The synopsis reads: "It reflects on the legacy of a fearless artist through a contemporary feminist lens and features era-defining music videos and concert performances, previously unseen footage, and a present-day interview with Sinead."

"The docu-film is a tapestry of Sinead’s impact on the world around her and ties together intimate first-hand interviews and insights from contemporary artists, musicians and social commentators who introduce broader themes of Irish history, politics, and global activism, all the while reflecting on Sinead’s artistry and far-reaching, global impact.
The singer and activist found worldwide fame with her epic ballad Nothing Compares 2 U in 1990 – one of the standout songs of the decade.
In a statement released Tuesday evening, her family said: "It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sinead.
"Her family and friends are devastated and have requested privacy at this very difficult time."
