STRICTLY Come Dancing's Tyler West has revealed his desperate attempt to try and recover after running the London Marathon – ahead of his return to dancefloor this weekend.
The radio DJ, 26, is one of the 15 famous faces taking part in this year's series of the BBC competition.
But over the past few weeks, Strictly isn't the only thing that he's been training for.
Tyler, who is paired with pro dancer Dianne Buswell, was one of the 42,000 people who ran the 26.2m sporting event on Sunday.
The TV star managed to raise thousands for the charity UK Youth.
But Tyler has no time to rest as he's got to get ready for the live show this weekend.

He decided to get cryotherapy, which is the "general use of low temperatures in medical therapy".
It can help accelerate the process of recovery.
Tyler shared a snap of himself stepping into a pod with cold air coming out of it, as well as him wearing something a cover on legs to his Instagram Story.
He captioned the post: "Recovery on," and a tick emoji.
On Saturday night Tyler and Dianne wowed the judges with their own rendition of the Jive to Buster Poindexte's Hit the Road Jack.
They were given a whopping 31 points.
The pair are currently in seventh place on the leaderboard.

After the first instalment of the show last month, fans noted excellent chemistry between the pair as they performed.
They took to the dance floor for an elegant American Smooth to Falling by Harry Styles.
They also attempted the challenging Angel Lift, which saw Tyler lift and spin Dianne over his head – which secured them a score of 21.
While watching at home one fan said on Twitter: “Tyler needs to work on his fluidity of movement but a strong chemistry between him and Dianne. 6️⃣ #Strictly.”
A second added: “Another couple that really excite me. Tyler and Diane have bags of energy and have great chemistry.”

Dianne is dating Joe Sugg, who she was partnered with on the show in 2018.
