One contestant on The Chase wasn’t afraid to hit out at her fellow teammate after she scored an impressive £10k cash builder round.
During Wednesday’s visit to the ITV studios (January 18), gameshow host Bradley Walsh welcomed four new quizzers onto the show looking to put their general knowledge to the test.
As fans tuned in for the primetime show, the former Coronation Street star introduced contestants Pete, Max, Jill and Katie onto the show before they battled it out to take home the all-important cash prize.

This week the quartet were up against Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan who made sure to bring her A-game after facing off against the wise quizheads.
And it didn’t take long before the fiery redhead started to buckle under the pressure after she failed to eliminate the first two contestants in the show.
Next up was the retired police officer who raked in a staggering £10,000 during her cash builder round alone.
After her impressive quick-fire round, the 49-year-old guest was offered a low offer of -£4,000, the £10,000 she earned in the fast-paced round or an eye-watering high offer of £50,0000.
Before she stepped up to the podium to take on the Chaser, Jill turned to her teammates for advice as to which offer to take.
As expected, her teammates showered her with support as they unanimously suggested that she stick with her original £10k offer.
Katie gushed: "Your cash builder is one of the best I've ever seen and so you should have the confidence to go for the 10 and come back, we really need you and your knowledge."
When Bradders asked for a final answer, Jill joked that even without Katie's help the team could still take home an eye-watering £25,000 with her cash builder alone as she selected the middle offer.
She said: "Minus four I couldn't go north for that and 50 is really tempting but £25,000, without Katie even, is fantastic so £10,000 please Jenny."
Unfortunately for Jill, the Chaser finally managed to boot one of the teammates to the curb as Jill said her goodbyes to the team after losing the round.

But that setback didn't stop the team from striving to victory, after Katie successfully made it through to the grand final, adding a further £3,000 to the jackpot.
She later went on to correctly answer an impressive 10 questions correctly in the second quick fire round before stealing three push backs from the Chaser.
At the end of the show, the trio managed to walk away with an impressive £18,000 as Bradley congratulated them with: "You were a great team, even having lost Jill who was a ten, so it can be done!"
