THE Chase viewers all had the same concern about the latest Celebrity special episode on the ITV show.

Bradley Walsh hosted the much-loved quiz show again, and welcomed four new hopeful stars to their podiums.


The celebrity special hosted included the famous famous such as Basil Brush and Olympic champion Matty Lee as battle dit out in the hopes to winning cash for their chosen charities.

But fans of the show were not impressed after realising that they were watching a repeat episode.

Viewers were left fuming, as they took to Twitter to express their frustrations at the rerun.

One wrote: "I swear this is a repeat?!"

Another fumed: "They should create a channel called ITV Repeat. Oh wait! That's currently called ITV."

A third raged: "I can't believe ITV keep fobbing us off with these old episodes!"

A fourth echoed: "Another repeat! Really ITV?"

A fifth complained: "This is getting a bit silly now, ITV?!

Although many viewers were not happy with repeated episode, others were thrilled to see the celebrities in actions – especially Kids TV star, Basil Brush.

Some even said seeing Basil Brush on their screens again, felt "nostalgic" for them.

One viewer penned: "Yay! Basil Brush is on The Chase haha."

Another added: "So happy to see Basil Brush on The Chase. Very nostalgic."

In the end all four contestants ended up beating, Darragh – winning a whopping £19,000 – which they split between them all.

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV1.
