Towie’s Fran Parman attacks Ferne McCann calling her ‘vile, disgusting and shocking’ amid Sam Faiers drama | The Sun

TOWIE'S Fran Parman branded Ferne McCann "vile and disgusting" over the fallout of a leaked recording, believed to have been made by Ferne, criticising Sam Faiers.

The clips, which began circulating online from a mysterious Instagram account, appear to feature Ferne's voice saying insulting things about her longtime friend and former Towie co-star Sam.

Neither Sam nor Ferne have officially addressed the feud, although the latter's mum Suzie Wells took to Instagram to criticise Ferne.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Fran has now waded into the row.

She said: "Ferne and Sam have been friends for years and how she can backstab her own friend like that is just awful. It's vile, disgusting and shocking.

"She may be embarrassed but she shouldn't have said it in the first place, it's her own fault. You should think before you speak. Girls should stick together and lift each other up.

The backlash to the leak has been so intense that Ferne called the police in.

The Sun exclusively revealed that Ferne has spoken with authorities in a bid to unmask the person sharing the private conversations on social media.

A source said: "Ferne was visited by the police on Thursday night after having her life turned upside down by a fake account that has launched a malicious smear campaign against her.

"Officers spent a few hours with her and gave reassurances that they are prioritising this case, tracking the parties responsible.

"Having taken statements, the police are currently in the process of tracking the fake account’s whereabouts.

"The Online Safety Bill was discussed as they clamp down on cyber crime."

A spokesperson for Essex Police told us: "We are investigating a report of malicious communication which was made to us in Brentwood on Thursday 29 September.
