TAKE a look inside the estate where locals are pushed out in place of wealthy renters.
Residents of Lower Clapton, East London, have blasted the change in community as an "us vs them" situation.
It comes after several cafes, shops and pricey high rise flats arrived in what was once a working class area.
One local said when a shop closes on Chatsworth Road, an expensive coffee shop opens in its place "selling brownies for £8".
Dainty Adams, 58, has owned her Caribbean takeaway on the street for 25 years.
She told MyLondon: "We have all types of people coming in and they all love it.

"Whether it's making the street better or not, I don't know
"Chatsworth is a place for people with a lot of money now."
Gohar Mustafa, 50, attended Homerton Boys, Hackney – which was once known as a school full of trouble.
He said "it's saddening" a lot of the community has left because they can't afford the area anymore.

It comes after a prestigious tower block of flats was built with a starting price of £9.5million.
Gohar said: "A lot of the community has gone because they can't afford to live here.
"I don't recognise people on the street and they don't want to acknowledge you.
"It's become a very us versus them type of divide."
