Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘will be invited to King Charles’ coronation’
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will still be invited to the King’s coronation next year, despite their new Netflix documentary release.
According to reports, an invite will be extended to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for May 6 next year even after the couple's recent bashing of the Palace.
The historic event happens to clash with the Sussex’s son, Archie's fourth birthday so whether they take up the offer is another question entirely.

It is understood that the couple have not yet received an invitation, but a source close to the family says the King “loves both his sons” and hopes the family will join him, according to the Daily Telegraph.
“All members of the family will be welcome” to the grand Westminster Abbey affair, according to reports.
Thursday saw the final release of the six part docuseries released by Harry and Meghan about their lives in the Royal family and their decision to leave.
Both Buckingham and Kensington Palace have remained silent over the series and the accusations made by the couple.
Harry claimed that the Prince of Wales left him terrified after screaming at him during the Sandringham Summit. He then went on to say that Kensington Palace “lied to protect my brother” with a statement denying that William had bullied Harry out of the Royal Family.
Harry was never consulted over this statement and wondered why the firm were so quick to defend William and not him.
The couple also accused Charles of lying during the tense meeting in which the couple’s departure from the family was discussed.
Following on from the couple’s infamous interview with Oprah in March 2021 where they accused the family of making racist comments, sources close to the palace say King Charles is hurt by the comments, but still love his family and hopes bridges can be built.
The palace’s statement following that interview said they were dealing with issues “privately” and “as a family”.
The King does not wish to strip the couple of their titles however, and is intending to invite them to his historic coronation which will see him crowned as this country’s 40th monarch along with his wife Camilla.
The Palace has said the ceremony will be “rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry” but also “reflect the monarch’s role today and look towards the future”.
