Three-week-old baby seriously injured in horror crash after Ferrari collides with Fiesta | The Sun

A NEWBORN baby has been rushed to hospital after a horror smash involving a Ferrari.

Emergency services were scrambled to a major A road after getting frantic calls about the two-car crash.

Medics rushed the three-week-old baby, which was a passenger in a Ford Fiesta, to hospital in a serious condition.

The Ferrari driver, a 34-year-old man, was also raced to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are now urging witnesses to come forward as they probe the smash, which happened on the A558 Daresbury Expressway on Friday night.

Cheshire Police Sgt Andy Dennison said: “We’re keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or events leading up to it.
