UK weather today: Exact date hot weather will return after two weeks of rain and it may hit 35C, Met Office predicts | The Sun
FORECASTERS have revealed the exact date the hot weather is set to return.
The UK has been dealing with rain, clouds and wind, but Brits will soon be able to bask in the sun once more.
The Met Office now predicts that the heatwave will return on Saturday, July 15.
Their long-range forecasts say that “throughout the second half of July, initially unsettled conditions will probably become increasingly more settled overall.”
Meteorologist Craig Snell told The Mirror: "July 15 is when we will start to see high pressure dominate and that will bring drier and brighter weather.
"It is early at this stage, but if you are betting then that's the best place for the warmest weather.
