Where is Christopher Farrow now?
Christopher Farrow is still in prison after being jailed for the murder and rape of Wendy Speakes in 1994.
He was denied parole and remains in prison and is not allowed to move to an open prison.
A report by the Parole Board panel hearing on May 31, 2023 listed risk factors "which made it more likely that Mr Farrow would re-offend".
"At the time of his offending, these risk factors had included Mr Farrow's sexual interests, his attitudes concerning women, and problems in his relationship," the report said.

"He had thought a lot about sex and had believed he could have sex as and when he wanted.
"Mr Farrow had also experienced difficulties in managing extremes of emotion."
It added: "At this stage, no key report writer could support Mr Farrow's release on parole licence."
It concluded that any plan of release would need to be assessed again after outstanding treatment needs had been carried out.

Farrow has undertaken programmes to address his sex offending and had been held under open conditions for a while, but has now been returned to a closed prison.
He had also been working with a psychologist.
This is the third time he has been denied parole.
Who was Wendy Speakes and what happened to her?
Wendy Speakes was 51 years old when she was killed by Farrow.
Farrow forced his way into Speakes' home on Balne Lane, Wakefield, on March 15, 1994.
He tied her up with stockings and forced her to wear a pair of blue mule shoes, which was what earned him the nickname of the "shoe fetish killer".
Farrow took a pair of Wendy's shoes as a "trophy" but has never revealed where he put them.
It wasn't until 2000 that Farrow was caught for his crimes.
