‘At six weeks old the twins already look completely different,’ says Amy Childs

Amy Childs has been in baby bliss over the last six weeks after giving birth to baby twins Billy and Millie who she shares with her fiancé Billy Delbosq.

The former TOWIE star, 32, who is also mum to daughter Polly, five, and four-year-old son Ritchie, has already begun noticing the difference in the new arrivals' personalities, along with their 'completely different' look.

Talking with OK! this week, she detailed life as a new mother of four and shared how she is adjusting to the twin life. Sharing that the duo are "really good babies", Amy added how she and Billy have been "lucky."

She said: "Touch wood, they are really good babies! Billy is a bit needy – like his dad – he likes a cuddle. He would happily sleep in my bed but I am regimented. They are in their snooze pods.

"Millie is more content. It is so mad – they are six weeks old but they are so different. And they look completely different – they don’t look anything alike."

The twins are the reality star's first children with Billy, who popped the question to Amy this year.

She welcomed eldest Polly in 2017 with ex Bradley Wright, before giving birth to Ritchie a year later with an ex who is also named Ritchie.

While Amy and Billy have been enjoying life as a unit of six over the last couple of months, it's not all been plain sailing, with Amy being rushed for an emergency C-section to give birth.

Despite describing the ordeal as "traumatic", the TV personality shared that her midwife was "amazing" in getting the family through it.

"Billy had a prolapsed cord. It’s really rare. The midwife was amazing, she knew the cord was there. Afterwards, he was in the neonatal unit, so my Bill put me in a wheelchair to go down to the other ward to feed him – he had all wires around him," she explained.

Continuing: "I fed him in the night and went back to the ward. I didn’t want to leave him."

Two days after the intense time, baby Billy was back with the couple and his twin sister, as Amy shares that they gave him "lots of cuddles".

Amy's experience was all captured for her new ITVBe show, Amy Childs: The Twin Life. Sharing that she "can't wait" for fans to see the experience, the new mother describes it as an "eye-opener".

Amy Childs: The Twin Life premieres Tuesday 23 May at 9pm and continues weekly on ITVBe and ITVX.
