Ex-Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr and Saffron Barker spark romance rumours with New Year post

Saffron Barker and Tom Malone Jr have sparked romance rumours, after recently dressing up as characters from Grease together – with the pics being shared today.

YouTube star Saffron, 22, and ex-Googlebox favourite Tom, 29, got into fancy dress and both donned leather jackets to become Sandy and Danny from the hit movie.

Saffron, who boasts a huge following on social media, shared two snaps of her and Tom in their costumes, with the duo looking particularly cosy as they posed together.

"Go Grease lightning," she simply captioned the post, which quickly gained attention from her followers, with many wondering if she and Tom are an item.

"Love love this please say you are together," one fan wrote, as another asked: "are these two together".

A third said: "Omg! HOT HOT HOT COUPLE," and a fourth wrote: "Is this a HARD launch???"

The pair both wore matching leather biker jackets with embroidery across the back, with Saffron sporting a black bardot crop top and skinny jeans, paired with bright red lipstick and matching high heels.

She finished off her look with a Gucci belt and styled her blonde locks in tight curls swept over to one side.

Tom then shared a snap of him and Saffron along with another of him and a friend, hinting that he'd attended a fancy dress bash in Brighton on New Year's Eve with the Youtube star.

Many fans wondered if Tom had split up with his longterm girlfriend, model Bryony Briscoe. The pair had been dating since June 2020, but Tom's latest snaps appear to hint their romance is over.

His Instagram account no longer has any photos of Bryony on it, and the model has also removed all trace of the Gogglebox star from her personal account. Neither Tom nor Bryony have confirmed or denied whether they've separated.

Tom left Gogglebox in 2021, while other members of his family, mum Julie, dad Tom Senior and brother Shaun remain on the popular Channel 4 show.

He has remained focused on his professional dance career, and has also taken on other TV opportunities including Channel 4's The Real Dirty Dancing.
