Kylie Jenner sparks pregnancy buzz with flirty comment on Travis Scott's Instagram post, plus more news

Kylie Jenner leaves four pregnant woman emojis on Travis Scott’s IG after revealing she eventually wants four kids

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott just welcomed a little brother for their daughter Stormi in February, but Kylie’s reaction to an Instagram post Travis shared over the weekend has fans wondering if baby No. 3 is already in the works. On Sunday, July 24, Travis shared a photo of himself outside a building in the Big Apple’s SoHo neighborhood. “Got there in a New York minute,” he captioned the shot. Buried in the long thread of comments on the pic was a flirtatious and seemingly telling response from Kylie, who posted a tongue-out emoji, then added four brunette pregnant woman emojis. The number four happens to match up exactly with the number of children Kylie’s said she wants. “I see myself for sure having four kids,” the reality star told a fan in a 2020 YouTube video. As for her comments to Travis, TMZ notes some have already dismissed the emojis as another example of the Kardashian-Jenner family’s social media marketing savvy (Travis’ fans have been clamoring for him to release his fourth studio album, “Utopia”). Others read the pregnant bellies as more of a sexy suggestion to Travis than an actual pregnancy hint to fans.

Lori Loughlin returns to TV, praises charity that embraced her when she felt ‘down and broken’

Lori Loughlin has returned to the small screen nearly two years after serving time behind bars for her role in the nationwide college admissions scandal. In a segment filmed for the charitable organization Project Angel Food’s “Lead with Love” telethon on Saturday, July 23, the former “Full House” star opened up about how meaningful her work with the group has been, particularly given what she was going through when she got to know the organization. “It is a community, it is a family, and all the people that work here are so wonderful,” Lori shared during the KTLA 5 broadcast, according to People. “They have welcomed me with such open arms at a time when I was feeling particularly down and broken,” the actress explained. “That’s how I found a home here, and that’s what I feel like they did for me, and that’s why I’m so proud to be here and working with this organization, because they really do care. It’s really a community.” Lori added that Project Angel Food isn’t about “just feeding people.” Instead, “It’s about loving people and helping people,” she said, adding that the work the group does also “uplifts” its volunteers. “I think that’s what Project Angel Food is,” she mused. “Working with people, who have hit a low in their life, facing extreme illness, or have lost their job during the pandemic. Project Angel Food is there for them.” Lori’s recent low point came after she and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, were arrested on fraud charges for paying a $500,000 bribe to get their daughters into the University of Southern California as rowing recruits, despite the girls never having rowed in high school. The couple pleaded guilty in 2020 and both served prison time. Lori also completed 150 hours of community service as part of her sentence.

Joni Mitchell surprises Newport Folk Festival with first full concert in 20 years

For the first time since she suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm in 2015, Joni Mitchell performed a full, public set over the weekend, surprising fans — and fellow performers — at the Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island. The Canadian folk icon turned out to be the main event at what was billed as “Brandi Carlile and friends” on Sunday, July 24, multiple outlets reported. Brandi and Joni took the stage for a 13-song “Joni Jam” after a performance by The Roots. “Holy Ish dude I opened for @JoniMitchell today yo!” Questlove excitedly wrote on Instagram alongside footage from the historic evening. “KING #JONIMITCHELL!!!!! YO!!!!!!!!,” he added. According to BuzzFeed, Joni, 78, has been giving small, private “Joni Jams” at her home in Los Angeles for the past few years, attracting famous guests like Elton John, Dolly Parton, Harry Styles, and Chaka Khan. At Newport, Brandi called the very act of introducing Joni to the stage, “without question the greatest honor of my career, and maybe even my life.” Thelegendary singer was then joined by Brandi and artists including Wynonna Judd, who so was so moved by Joni’s performance that she was reduced to tears onstage, and Marcus Mumford, for classics like “A Case of You, “Big Yellow Taxi” and “Both Sides Now.” As Brandi told “CBS Mornings,” she was inspired to surprise fans by inviting Joni to take over her set at Newport after attending one of the singer’s “Joni Jams.” Joni, meanwhile, told CBS she had to relearn how to play guitar “by rote again,” explaining that it was like “going back to infancy almost” after the aneurysm. After her performance, Joni admitted she’d had some anxiety about returning to the stage Sunday. “I’ve never been nervous about singing in front of an audience, but I wanted it to be good and I wasn’t sure that I could be,” she told CBS, “but I didn’t sound too bad tonight!” The set marked Joni’s first performance at Newport Folk Festival in more than 50 years, and her first full public concert set in two decades.
