Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha has impressed her fans by proudly showing off her 'real body' in a hilarious new video.

The former EastEnders star, 58, took to social media to create a funny reel of herself and husband Mark Adderley having a day out at the spa.

The TV personality entertained her half a million followers as she pretended to be a social media influencer for the day, forcing her husband Mark to film her posing in different positions.

She captioned the video: "For god's sake @mark_adderley just make me look sexy?!!!!! #DOINGITFORTHGRAM #influencerfail."

In the upload, the star wore a black and white polka dot bikini as she joked with her husband: "I want them to think it's the Blue Lagoon in Iceland," before flailing around in the pool.

Fans were quick to show their appreciation for the clip, with many praising Nadia for keeping it real.

One person commented: "The most 'real' woman on Instagram."

Another penned: "You are a breath of fresh air. I mean that. Thank you for living your real life, we should all do the same."

While a third wrote: "Absolutely love your posts. What a fantastic couple you are, so funny together."

Others were also quick to point out that Nadia appeared to be wearing an HRT patch in the video, used to ease the symptoms of menopause.

One fan reacted: "Couldn't help noticing the patch on your bum, mine's the same." Another added: "Loving the HRT patch, brilliant!"

The Loose Women panellist has been open about how much Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) has helped her after being badly affected by the menopause.

She revealed to The Sun that she had been suffering from 'overwhelming anxiety and depression' that left her exhausted and made maintaining a positive relationship with Mark difficult.

Nadia also shared how she suffered from brain fog so bad that she feared she may have early onset dementia.

The TV personality had been sceptical about seeking medical help, as she had always preferred taking a 'homeopathic approach' to her health.

But after being given an oestrogen patch and hormone gels by her GP, she began to feel better.

She said: "The game-changer for me was when testosterone was added into the mix after five months because it brought back my libido, and it was like the last piece of the jigsaw for my energy levels.

"Since being on HRT, I've lost weight, and my energy and ability to focus are back to how they were before."
