Russell Brand dropped by talent agency claiming they were ‘horribly misled’

Russell Brand denies 'serious allegations' of Dispatches investigation

Tavistock Wood confirmed they have terminated “professional ties” with Russell Brand.

The comedian, 48, has denied the “criminal” allegations after he released a statement via his YouTube channel last night.

Russell has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, allegations he has vehemently denied.

The clip comes ahead of a much-anticipated Channel 4 Dispatches investigation set to air at 9pm tonight, which was investigated in collaboration with the Sunday Times.

He denied the allegations to the newspaper and television channel.

The talent agency Tavistock Wood represents the likes of Dustin Hoffman, Lily James, Charles Dance, and Dominic West.

In a statement, to Express.co.uk the agency said: “Russell Brand categorically and vehemently denied the allegation made in 2020, but we now believe we were horribly misled by him. TW has terminated all professional ties to Brand.”

Express.co.uk has contacted the agency for comment.

His image has also been removed from the agency’s website.
