Now in a recent post, she did just that.

Karina wrote: "Always in a bikini. Even in the middle of winter.

"I've been a lil MIA online because I've had the weirdest week. When it rains, it pours – kind of week."

The influencer continued: "There are a few things I remind myself when I'm having a rough time…

"You can't have a rainbow without a little rain. This feeling will pass.

"Now is only a tiny small moment in your life and there will be good days ahead. You are safe."

Karina finished the post by asking fans to share their own mottos as she added: "Sending my love to every one of you."

Along with the lengthy caption, the model posed in three snaps where she splashed around at the beach.

She wore a bikini bottom with a jumper and baseball hat to finish the look.

And followers are loving how natural she is in the photos.
