London landlord seeks three people to rent small bedsit

A London landlord is looking for three tenants to pay £1,000-a-month to rent a bedsit with a double mattress suspended two metres above the floor by a wooden frame.
The bed, which has limited headroom due to the ceiling, is accessed by a wooden step ladder which is attached to the end of the elevated frame at the top and the skirting board at the base.
Underneath the bed structure is a wardrobe with two drawers and a travelling chest in the style of those embarking upon a 19th century grand tour.
Unfortunately for the three people seeking to rent this property, which is in Cricklewood, north west London, the dining table is only large enough to seat two, which is probably sufficient as the most audacious dish they can possibly cook in the adjacent kitchenette is chicken-a-la-ding from the microwave.

According to the listing on OpenRent, letting agency Key Haven Estates said the property is ‘furnished’.
The listing reads: ‘We are proud to offer this delightful one bedroom, one bathroom studio flat in a great location.
‘This property benefits from available parking, and garden access.’
They suggest ‘viewing is highly recommended’ and that the property is ‘furnished’.

A deposit of £1,000 is also required before tenants can move in.
Despite its size, the maximum number of tenants is listed as ‘three’ and families are ‘allowed.’
The listing suggests there is access to a garden and there is parking.
The new tenants will have to pay their own bills and pets, unfortunately, are not allowed.
