Usher is trying a new approach when serenading women at his Las Vegas residency shows.

In a clip from his concert over the weekend, the “My Boo” singer asked Quavo if he could sing his hit “There Goes My Baby” to the Migos rapper’s rumored girlfriend.

“Now Quavo, you don’t mind if I just serenade your lady?” Usher, 44, inquired before Quavo appeared to signal that he approved.

The R&B crooner then serenaded gymnast Erica Fontaine, who was sitting next to the “Walk It Talk It” rapper and has reportedly been dating him since March.

The model uncomfortably giggled at points when the mic was held up to her for her to sing along.

Usher’s more cautious approach comes after Keke Palmer’s boyfriend appeared to get jealous when the singer serenaded his lady.

Earlier this month, Darius Jackson infamously called out the “Nope” star for wearing a see-through Givenchy dress to the concert, tweeting, “It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

Some people on social media believed that the father of one was actually upset that Palmer, 29, shared a sexy moment with Usher — and that’s the real reason he was upset.

However, Jackson later doubled down — despite the criticism, claiming he had a right to disapprove of his partner’s outfit.

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” he tweeted at the time.

“This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

While social media chimed in with their opinions, Palmer seemed unbothered, and simply captioned a slideshow from the concert in part, “I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late.”

Usher, meanwhile, had the “Hustler” actress’ back, writing in the comments section of her post, “The Big Boss!! Thank U for coming 🙏🏾.”

Since then, fans have kept a close eye on videos from the “U Got It Bad” singer’s concerts to see who else is going to serenade.

Last week, Usher seductively sang to Saweetie, who is coincidentally Quavo’s ex.

The “My Type” emcee, who is rumored to be dating rapper YG, was seen enjoying the intimate moment.

Usher, for his part, has been in a long-term relationship with music executive Jenn Goicoechea for nearly four years. They welcomed their second child together in September 2021.
