Vera Wang knows how to celebrate in style.

The iconic fashion designer turned 73 on Wednesday, popping a bottle of her own Prosecco rosé and matching the theme with a head-to-toe pink outfit.

Wang wore a blush-colored gown with a dramatic train and open front — the better to show off her matching short shorts — and even had pink highlights added to her long, dark hair for the occasion.

The birthday girl accessorized with towering silver platform heels and a tiara, necklaces and rings studded with pink stones.

Matching both with her bubbly bottle and her outfit, the designer’s cake was covered in silver fondant and pink roses, with her initials as the topper.

“Celebrating my Bday with CAKES and KARAOKE…… and my new ROSÉ PROSECCO!!!!!!,” Wang captioned a series of Instagram photos of the party, during which she sang Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” on a stage with friends.

The septuagenarian sex symbol has grabbed attention in recent years with her age-defying looks, modeling everything from crop tops to miniskirts on social media. In 2020, photos of Wang wearing a sports bra went viral; she later said she was “totally shocked” by the response.

She even confessed that “work, sleep, a vodka cocktail [and] not much sun” are the secrets to her youthful appearance.

The bridal designer is no stranger to a big birthday bash; as Page Six exclusively reported last year, she turned 72 surrounded by 60 guests including pals Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Bridget Foley and Alina Cho at The Jimmy in Soho. Wang was also surprised by a performance from a Cher impersonator.

She clearly doesn’t wish to “Turn Back Time” as she continues to age with style.
