BGT chaos as finalist swears as Ant and Dec forced to issue apology to fans

    Britain's Got Talent fans were left stunned during the Sunday night show(June 4) after entertainer Viggo Venn appeared to swear during the live final.

    The energetic performer sailed through to the final with his performance which centres around high visibility jackets and the hit dance song, One More Time.

    But during his performance, the rising star accidentally swore when briefly talking to presenters Ant and Dec, which later lead the Geordie duo to apologise.

    While performing with a large red balloon on stage, the balloon appeared to pop throwing Viggo into turmoil.

    Sharing his thoughts loudly, a distressed Viggo could be heard saying "oh s**t".

    The star then asked Ant and Dec: "Is this live?"

    Taking to Twitter alarmed viewers also share their thoughts on the mishap.

    One viewer said: "He’s swearing!!!"

    Another fan wrote: "Usually in an act like that when something goes wrong I assume it's planned but it did seem accidental in that case since he swore about it."

    A third said: "Am I hearing things or did he just swear."

    But some viewers appeared to miss Vigo's foul language, with one social media user taking to Twitter to write: "Who actually swore on @BGT!? The judges looked perplexed."

    After his performance, Ant and Dec to the stage to apologise.

    Ant said: "We will have to apologise for any bad language heard during the act."
