Chris has been through an incredibly weight loss journey, which saw him lose a whopping six stone – going from 18 stone to just 12.
But how did Chris lose all that weight, and what spurred on the transformation? Here, Daily Star takes a closer look…
How did Chris Moyles lose weight?
Chris Moyles previously shared that he has been on a massive health journey since leaving his job on BBC Radio 1 in 2012.
Speaking to Metro, he explained that if he didn't "keep fit" he would be "dead by the time I am 50" and that he had an "issue with body dysmorphia".
He added: "I'm fascinated by body dysmorphia because I really have an issue with body dysmorphia, which I think most people do. I've lost six stone from my worst weight when I was 18 stone!
"I know my body really well now, and I'm still learning. I don't have the metabolism of an 18-year-old girl or boy, I just don't."
He managed to lose the weight with a combination of a healthy diet, regular exercise and by using a personal trainer.
Chris consumed 2,000 calories a day, which is 500 fewer than the recommended amount for a typical man. He also eats a lot of vegetables, fruit, grains and protein instead of foods that are high in calories.
The radio DJ also explained how he ditched bread and alcohol. In addition, Chris is reportedly trains in the gym five days a week.
He told Ross Kemp in 2020: "I weigh myself six days a week, and I know you shouldn't and I know it's not for everyone, but I do that so I can learn about how my body works.
"I will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and I will watch what I eat and I'll eat very little. I do intermittent fasting and I'll eat at 6.30pm or 7pm and I'll be fine. I need to do that from the weekends that I have.”
Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern in which a person fasts for the majority of the day and has only a small eating window, typically eight hours long, to squeeze their meals into.
Fans of IF claim they naturally consume fewer calories while meeting their nutritional needs with this way of eating.
I'm A Celebrity 2022 continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
