Scarlett Moffatt has shared a cryptic video on her Instagram that could be interpreted as a hint that she’ll be back for the All Stars series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Last week, dynamic duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly finally confirmed – after much speculation – that the all stars spin-off of the ITV programme was officially in the works.
The pair revealed that the show is set to arrive in 2023 after filming takes place in South Africa, shortly after the new season of the original series airs on ITV before the end of this year.
In a video shared on her Instagram Story, Scarlett – who won I’m A Celebrity in 2016 – addressed her recent social media silence, revealing to her followers that she had been working on a mysterious show.
‘Hello my lovelies. Sorry that I’ve been so quiet on here. I’ve done this show where I had to quarantine and I couldn’t have my phone on me. It’s been so weird,’ the 31-year-old said.
‘I feel like I’ve only been away for a week but so much has happened. But I just wanted to check in on everyone and make sure you are all alright and just to tell you I’m back and I’m looking forward to posting again,’ the former Gogglebox star added.
So could Scarlett have hinted that she’s returning for I’m A Celebrity All Stars series?
Considering Ant and Dec revealed they were in South Africa for I’m A Celeb All Stars just last week, and the series is going to be pre-recorded before launching next year, it might not be too far of a jump to question if she’s joined the cast.
If that is the case, perhaps she might have simply had an early exit? We’ll just have to wait to find out.
Several other former contestants have been rumoured for the line-up, including Myleene Klass, Joe Swash and Helen Flanagan.
However, some famous competitors have already taken themselves out of the running, such as Kerry Katona and Peter Andre.
In their announcement confirming that All Stars was on the way, Dec referred to the spin-off as the ‘worst kept secret in television’.

‘We’re here, it’s going to be your favourite celebrities from the last 20 years who are going back in to do it one more time,’ he said.
Ant and Dec recently shared a series of pictures of themselves exploring the incredible wildlife in South Africa, hanging out with zebras and hippos and having a whale of a time.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is set to return later this year on ITV.
