Emmerdales Caleb Milligan star hints at end after brutal attack

Emmerdale: Caleb and Charity share a steamy kiss

After months of lying and plotting to steal Kim Tate’s (played by Claire King) money, Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) was finally exposed on the day of Nicky Milligan’s (Lewis Cope) wedding to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham).

Believing the fortune was rightfully his, after Emmerdale viewers learned Frank Tate (Norman Bowler) was his dad, Caleb was hell-bent on ruining Kim’s life along with sabotaging Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) business.

As the residents were left reeling at Caleb, he’s since apologised for his actions and has stayed in the village to try and earn his way back into the family.

However, one person is out for revenge for his actions as he’s set to be pushed off of a cliff and left for dead in upcoming scenes.

Ahead of the big episode, ITV’s Lorraine sent Jake Quickenden to the set to speak to some of the potential culprits.

Finding a bloodied-looking Caleb, Jake asked: “We’re at the edge where you’ve been pushed off. Can you tell me, is it the end for Caleb?”

Hesitating, the soap star replied: “Well it could be. I mean looking at me it looks like it.”

With it not yet known who has tried to kill him, there’s an array of potential suspects following his exposed lies last week, one of which includes his half-brother Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).

When asked why he’s a suspect, Jeff joked: “I just have one of those faces I think.”

Revealing who else it could be, the soap star confessed Kim, Will and Leyla are all in the firing line with him.

He added: “He’s come into the village this Caleb and not made many friends.”

However, should Caleb survive the fall, it looks like there could be more trouble ahead for the Emmerdale villagers.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Will said: “His whole life, he’s held this grudge about being put into care and his mum abandoned him and his family abandoned him.

“It’s that kind of, didn’t want anything to do with him, so he is one of those people who will hold a grudge for a long time.

“So he feels like somebody’s tried to kill him essentially. If he finds out who that is.. it will be guns loaded for whoever that person is.”
