‘I didn’t make friends and was left on my own during lonely Love Island stint’
Love Island's Coco Lodge said she didn't make any friends during her "lonely" ITV stint.
The TV star appeared on the show last summer after entering the series as a Casa Amor bombshell.
Coco spoke exclusively to the Daily Star and explained how she "didn't make any friends in there".

She opened up: "I do have a massive regret and I don't like to live with regrets, but my biggest regret is actually, I cared so much in there about not having friends.
"The girls weren't that welcoming and I cared so much that I wasn't myself in the villa at all.
"I literally had no personality in there because I was just sitting back because I wanted these people to like me and I just wasn't myself at all.
"Because I was scared and felt like everyone hated me – when realistically they're probably going to hate you more because you're not being yourself because you're so nervous around them. But it's fine."
Coco also explained how she felt the villa was "cliquey" and that she was excluded from conversations.
She continued: "It was so cliquey, no one was mean, but, for example, you'd go and try and have conversations with people in the day or evening and everyone would be like, 'Oh, sorry, private chat'.
"And if you're not in a couple and you're not in these friend groups, and they're having private chats constantly and you're not allowed to join. I would just be sat on my own in the kitchen.
"I look back on my time, and it's such an amazing experience, but I didn't get to live it to the fullest because no one would take the time to get to know me at all.
"I think a lot of the time there were private chats going on and so there was nowhere really to sit, so you just feel uncomfortable.
"Everyone had someone they were getting to know or had their best friend in there who they'd always be in a private chat and I'll just be there and it was so embarrassing."
Coco added: "I felt like a spare part, like lost, and I never ever struggle to get along with anyone.
"I don't know why it was such an issue with my year but maybe it's just the time I went in."
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
