Jeff Brazier has put his £1.2million home up for sale after his split from wife Kate Dwyer.

The star announced the news in an emotional social media post yesterday.

Jeff met Kate, 32, in 2013 and they tied the knot in 2018.

They went on to buy a beautiful home together, and lived in it with Jeff's sons Bobby, 19, and Freddie, 18, who he shares with late Jade Goody.

When Jeff revealed their split on social media, he explained that they had separated earlier this year, and he had moved out of their shared home.

The house is now listed on a real estate company's website.

Jeff Brazier’s wife Kate breaks silence after split with heartbreaking message

Real reason why Jeff Brazier’s wife quit marriage eight weeks ago revealed

Jeff told his 198k fans on Instagram: "I have so much to be grateful for and I appreciate facing the lessons I need to grow but this year has been challenging to say the least.

"My 9 year relationship ended earlier in the year and I’ve been working through that on top of supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.

"The boys and I have recently moved home to a new area & I spend most of the time alone as the boys obviously have their own things going on.

"It’s been constant change this year and I’m good with adapting but the combination of things have left me low at times and I’ve honestly never felt loneliness like it. Can we put Christmas back a few months?!"

Jeff broke his silence after announcing their split.

The TV presenter insisted he was ‘proud’ of himself for speaking out about the loneliness he was feeling after the end of his romance, despite initially feeling ‘embarrassed’ about his post.

Sharing a clip about his heartbreak, Jeff told his followers: "I just wanted to say a big thank you to everybody that to my post yesterday. Since I sent it, I felt a little bit embarrassed, like I'd made a fuss.

"It's funny how things that we've been conditioned to feel all our lives sort of really follow you around.

"That must be changing for me otherwise I wouldn't have put it out there. I am proud to have shared something that was difficult. I'm glad that lots of other people have sort of been able to identity with it."

He added: "That was what I felt like I needed to do and it was the right thing. It was a brave thing really. But I'm really pleased that I did it so I encourage anybody else in a certain situation to do the same."

Earlier today Kate revealed her heartbreak over the split.

Taking to social media, Kate shared a message that read: "Someone you know is preparing for their first Christmas without their husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter or son."
