Leaked messages have demonstrated how alleged sex trafficker Andrew Tate coerced women into doing sex work for him, according to a new report.

When the influencer was arrested in Romania in December, authorities accused him of using the ‘loverboy’ method to lure woman to his compound in Bucharest under the guise of having a relationship, before forcing them to do sex work.

According to Rolling Stone, citing screenshots of purported messages from the ‘War Room’ (Tate’s groupchat with his followers) and other texts in 2021, Tate described women as ‘targets’ and ‘assets’ and spoke of isolating and manipulating them.

In one message, the misogynist described how he isolated one woman until she ‘lost her support networks at home’ and kept her at the compound in Bucharest.

‘The real goal is for her to agree to never go anywhere without me. Not even her home town. I need her working,’ he wrote, according to screenshots.

Tate, who is currently under house arrest, also appeared to seek help from his associates to force one woman to post sexually explicit content on OnlyFans, an internet content subscription platform used mostly by sex workers.

In the message, Tate tells followers he’ll be ‘making the play tonight’.

‘Since she moved [to Bucharest] she’s been fed. But nothing else,’ he wrote. 

‘She’s broke. And she can’t go home. And she can’t leave the house. Man, I sound almost evil,’ he added according to the leaked messages. 

Tate has denied the trafficking and rape charges that have been levelled against him and his brother, Tristan, by the Romanian agency DIICOT.

DIICOT alleges that Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian women – Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel – formed a criminal group in 2021 ‘in order to commit the crime of human trafficking’ in Romania, as well as in the United States and Britain.

There are seven female victims in the case, DIICOT said, who were lured with false pretenses of love and transported to Romania, where the gang sexually exploited them and subjected them to physical violence. 

One defendant is accused of raping a woman twice in March 2022, according to the agency. The women were allegedly controlled by ‘intimidation, constant surveillance’ and claims they were in debt, prosecutors said. 

A spokesperson for the influencer told MailOnline that ‘a significant portion of retweets and shares of these screenshots across social media platforms originate from recently created and unverified accounts’ and suggested they could have been generated by artificial intelligence (AI) platforms.

‘The rise of AI and social media as a news source has opened up the opportunity to anonymously present potentially fabricated, or manipulated evidence, while bypassing the burden of responsibility and avoiding consequences,’ they said.

‘These realities raise concerns about the potential for a deliberate and targeted effort to sway public opinion and undermine the credibility of the evidence presented.’

On screenshots of messages purported to be between Tate and one of the victims included in the case against the Tate brothers, the spokesperson said she ‘has publicly and categorically refuted any mistreatment from the brothers.

However, despite her pleas, the prosecution remains reluctant to remove her name from the alleged victim list. 

‘While all statements from the alleged victims, incriminating the brothers, have been unquestioningly accepted by the public, the evidence supporting the brothers’ innocence has not been given the same fair treatment,’ they added.

According to Rolling Stone: ‘The messages paint a lurid and often disturbing image of the process by which Tate allegedly recruited young women to do his bidding using a combination of lies, manipulation, and coercive tactics, all the while using examples of his conversations as teaching methods for his acolytes and inviting feedback from them.’

The publication previously reported that the Tate brothers head-up the War Room social network and Telegram channel, providing its members with access to their ‘teachings’ on sex, masculinity, and how to manipulate women.

While Tate’s allies have said War Room is nothing more than a self-help group, the Rolling Stone reported sources as saying its a forum for coercing women to do online sex work for the group’s members.

The screenshot obtained by the Rolling Stone and also shared on social media platforms show a group titled ‘War Room PhD’, seemingly a reference to Tate’s defunct ‘Pimpin’ Hoes Degree’ programme.

According to a description of the ‘programme’ on its website that has since been deleted, it said – seemingly from Tate’s perspective: ‘My job was to meet a girl… get her to fall in love with me to where she’d do anything I’d say, and then get her on webcam so we could become rich together.’

The messages are dated from June 2021. A user identified as Tate is seen talking with War Room members, posting screenshots of women from Instagram and referring to them as ‘targets’ and ‘assets’ for OnlyFans cam work.

In one message from June 17, 2021, he shares a picture of a women and wrotes: ‘Ibiza asset has agreed to do [OnlyFans work]. PhD writeup forthcoming.’

One of the members is seen praising Tate, writing: ‘Much respect. I’ll get back to training, studying, and implementing.’

The user Tate later sends a photo of two women he says have ‘moved in together,’ which Rolling Stone reports are listed by Romanian prosecutors as alleged victims.

It is about one of these women that he says she has ‘lost her support networks at home’ and has started begging to see him.

In the War Room groupchat, ‘Tate’ shares screenshots of his own messages with the women, writing: ‘The real goal is for her to agree to never go anywhere without me. Not even her home town. ‘I need her working.’ 

In another screenshot of a message to her, he is seen telling her that she ‘is never going back to [her hometown] even to visit’ and says she doesn’t ‘need to leave the house in Bucharest. We are together. Always.’

The women responds: ‘Yes. I understand.’

In the War Room groupchat, one user writes that ‘isolation is critical’.

About another women, ‘Tate’ recounts to his members how he recruited her to work for him by producing sexual content online, according to Rolling Stone.

He shares a screenshot in which the women is resistant to sending a sexual photo or creating content for OnlyFans, saying ‘my body is intimate and only my husband should be able to touch and see.’

This, ‘Tate’ writes, is the ‘maximum difficulty that you experience in the business’ and appears to frame the lack of consent as a challenge and a learning experience for his followers, before asking them how they would approach the situation.

One person suggests a ‘good-cop, bad-cop ruse’.

‘Tate’ tells his members that the woman has since moved to Bucharest and has been ‘fed. But nothing else.’ He tells them she’s broke, can’t go home or leave the house.

‘Man, I sound almost evil,’ he writes. ‘But I’m not. I’m a Shephard. Leading the sheep. She doesn’t realize that following me makes life better for her.’

In other messages, he describes how he used one woman’s request for money against her, and in another, suggests he manufactured a fake conversation between himself and his so-called ‘bottom-b**ch’ Georgiana Nagel.

Nagel is one of the two women who has also been charged by Romanian prosecutors in connection with Tate’s alleged criminal organisation.

‘Tate’ tells the group chat that the point of the fake conversation is to dispel the woman’s suspicions that he’s trying to pressure her into making explicit content.

Rolling Stone said it had shown the messages to someone who was previously close with the Tate brothers. They, the publication reported, said they demonstrated ‘100 percent the way [the Tates’] mind[s] operates in regards to all females.’

‘I honestly don’t think they feel anything for any woman in terms of real genuine feelings and respect.’ 

It is understood that one of the women Tate is accused of bringing to Bucharest in May 2021 and forcing her to create pornographic content has denied that she is a victim of the influencer brothers.

‘The corruption is disgusting. WAKE UP PEOPLE!,’ she wrote in January. ‘I am not a Victim. There are no Victims in the Tate case.’

Last week, a Romanian court ruled to extend the house arrest of the Tates.

The July 18 decision at the Bucharest Tribunal comes a month after prosecutors formally indicted the 36-year-old former Big Brother contestant along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women in the same case.

The decision means all four defendants – who were arrested in late December near Bucharest – will remain under house arrest for 30 more days.

Outside the court on Monday, Tate told journalists ‘the moral arc of the universe bends towards justice in the end’.

‘My brother and I are extremely resilient people.In the end justice shall be served,’ he said. ‘We’re feeling like things are going to work out perfectly in the end — and until then we’re going to follow the judicial process.’

The Tates lost their last appeal on July 6 against a prior house arrest extension.

After spending three months in police detention in Bucharest, the Tate brothers won an appeal on March 31 to be moved to house arrest.

Tate, who has been accused of peddling conspiracy theories online and has amassed 7.2 million Twitter followers, has repeatedly claimed prosecutors have no evidence against him and there is a political conspiracy designed to silence him. 

Before the court’s decision on Tuesday, a post appeared on his Twitter account saying: ‘There are Matrix agents on all sides of the political spectrum. War is funded. Trump and I are self funded. Basically everyone else is bought and paid for.’

Diicot alleges that the four defendants formed a criminal group in 2021 ‘in order to commit the crime of human trafficking’ in Romania, as well as in the US and Britain.

Andrew Tate was previously banned from various prominent social media platforms for expressing hate speech and misogynistic comments, including that women should bear responsibility for getting sexually assaulted.

Several women in Britain also are pursuing civil claims to obtain damages from Tate, alleging they were victims of sexual violence.
