'Fight this to the end!': ANDREW PIERCE reacts to Rwanda plan ruling

‘Fight this to the end!’: ANDREW PIERCE reacts to the Court of Appeal’s decision to rule Rwanda plan unlawful as he urges Rishi Sunak to face down the ‘liberal left’ and says PM has the ‘overwhelming support’ of the British public

  • Andrew Pierce calls on the PM and Suella Braverman to ‘fight on’ with their plans

The Government is set to appeal today’s ruling by judges that its plans to deport asylum seekers to Rwanda are unlawful.

Rishi Sunak has said he ‘fundamentally’ disagrees with the decision by the Court of Appeal and vowed to try and overturn it at the Supreme Court.

Despite the huge blow to the Prime Minister’s promise to ‘stop the boats’, the Government was offered some hope as Lord Burnett, the lord chief justice, deemed Rwanda to be a safe third country for asylum seekers.

In the video below, ANDREW PIERCE urges both the Prime Minister and Home Secretary Suella Braverman to ‘fight on’ in their legal battle over the Rwanda scheme.

Plans to send asylum seekers to Africa are a ‘genuine and honest attempt’ by ministers to end the Channel migrant crisis  and have the ‘overwhelming support’ of the British people, he says.

He also attacks the ‘liberal left’, peers in the House of Lords and the Archbishop of Canterbury who have objected to the Rwanda policy ‘every step of the way’.
