Fox 24 reported the 44-year-old, who was married at the time, won’t spend much time behind bars.
Queen was sentenced to six years of state-supervised probation as well as just 58 days in the Benton County Jail.
The tutor at Gentry Intermediate School groomed the student, who eventually had sexual relations with a 17-year-old victim.
Investigators found Queen had befriended the victim after a basketball game, the pair began socialising after school hours.
An affidavit claims that the events would occur in Queen’s office or office bathroom.
The victim’s parents and a former teacher corroborated the victim’s claims – one teacher also reported witnessing “disturbing behaviour”.

Queen was called "a strong positive influence at Gentry Intermediate School" by a prior Gentry Intermediate School principal, according to the 2014 article, the Gazette reports.
