Carol Kirkwood mishap shared by BBC co-star as he declares ‘it’s happened again’

BBC Weather star Carol Kirkwood’s blunder didn’t go unnoticed by her co-star Jon Kay, who marvelled over her misfortune with dogs repeating itself.
BBC Breakfast host Jon Kay took to Twitter to share a clip and photos of the moment Carol, 61, was dragged off camera by a search dog named Wraith on live TV this morning.
Jon, 53, typed: “It’s happened again!! Carol + dog = [face screaming in fear emoji] #BBCBreakfast @carolkirkwood.”
One viewer quipped in response to Jon: “there it is your show has gone to the dogs.”
“Oh Dear Carol,” another responded to the mishap.

The meteorologist was taken aback by the dog’s strength as she presenter the weather for the BBC from Wimbledon on Tuesday.
In honour of the famous tennis tournament, Sally Nugent and Jon spoke to Carol at Wimbledon via a video link.
The Scottish star chatted to her BBC Breakfast co-stars alongside the adorable search dog.
Carol admitted she was distracted by the cute pooch, telling Sally and Jon: “I don’t even know what the weather is today I am so distracted!”

However, it seems the presenter tempted fate as she praised the dog’s behaviour, saying: “I must say, I am just going to stay here for a while with Wraith.
“How well-behaved is he? He has hardly moved apart from to have his tummy rubbed.”
Suddenly, Wraith decided to head off in the opposite direction, pulling Carol with him as she gripped onto his lead.
The weather presenter was dragged to the ground on all fours before disappearing out of shot.
“Oh no!” exclaimed Jon from the BBC studios, as Sally exclaimed: “Oh Carol!”
“It’s happened again. Is she ok? Are you ok? Are you alright?” Sally asked.
Fortunately, Carol took the mishap in her stride, as she replied “yes” while suffering from the giggles.
She then admitted to viewers: “I can’t believe it’s happened again! It’s the Chelsea Flower Show all over again!”
At the event in 2021, Carol was pulled over by a guide dog directly after sharing her weather forecast.
