Meghan Markle is seen heavily pregnant with daughter Lilibet in unseen clip

When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were preparing for the arrival of their daughter Lilibet last year, the Royal couple kept their pregnancy as private as they could.

But in a new teaser ahead of Harry and Meghan's Netflix documentary, fans saw a sneak peek of the Duchess of Sussex, 41, at home with the Duke, 38, from when she was heavily pregnant with her baby daughter.

In the short clip, Meghan can be seen wearing a green dress with her large bump on show while Harry is in focus with his head in his hands looking stressed.

Last week, the first trailer was released, which featured a photograph of Meghan cradling her bump in a long white kaftan.

On June 4, 2021, Meghan and Harry welcomed Lilibet into the world, naming their baby girl in honour of the Queen's nickname.

As the couple chose the beautiful name for their daughter, Queen Elizabeth II was said to be supportive of their decision.

But it was reported that many of the Royal family weren't on the same page with the Duke and Duchess' name choice, according to a new biography.

In Gyles Brandreth's upcoming biography Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait, serialised in the Mail Online, he writes: “According to the Sussexes, Harry sought his grandmother’s permission to use her family nickname as the Christian name for her 11th great-grandchild.

“The Queen’s recollection was a little different. According to the Queen, Harry told her the Sussexes wanted to call the baby ‘Lilibet’ in her honour and she accepted their choice with good grace, taking it as the compliment it was intended to be."

He continued: "Others in the family found the choice ‘bewildering’ and ‘rather presumptuous’, given that ‘Lilibet’ as a name had always been intimately and exclusively the Queen’s.

"Later, the Queen said: ‘I hear they’re calling her “Lili”, which is very pretty and seems just right.’”

OK! previously contacted Buckingham Palace for comment.

In the latest trailer for Meghan and Harry's docuseries, Harry speaks out on the "pain and suffering" of women marrying into the Royal family.

"There's a hierarchy of the family. You know, there's leaking, but there's also planting of stories," Harry says, before calling it all a "dirty game" on camera.

"The pain and suffering of women marrying into this institution, this feeding frenzy," he adds.

Meghan then says: "I realised, 'They're never going to protect you.'" Harry shares further: "I was terrified. I didn't want history to repeat itself. No one knows the full truth. We know the full truth."
