Police hunting for Celebrity First Dates star who vanished nearly three weeks ago

Police are currently looking for a Celebrity First Dates star who was last seen nearly three weeks ago.

Patrick White, 33, was last seen in Bishopsgate in London on Thursday, June 29.

He appeared on the Channel 4 show on a date with rugby player Keegan Hirst back in 2016.

Patrick, also known as ‘Paddy’, is considered vulnerable and often travels long distances by train, previously being located in Brighton and London.

Police say they fear Paddy may be in "immediate danger".

Paddy has been described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, of slim build, with short, blonde, wavy hair.

A Gloucestershire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Paddy’s family just want to know he is safe so if you have any information, please call Gloucestershire Constabulary and quote incident 532 of 8 July.

"You can call 999 if you are with Paddy at the time or think he is in immediate danger, or if have sighted him recently and don't consider him to be in immediate danger, you can call 101 and ask for Gloucestershire Constabulary."

Patrick appeared on a date with rugby player Keegan Hirst on Channel 4's Celebrity First Dates in 2016.

Rugby player Keegan won over hearts when he publicly came out as gay.

The Batley Bulldog rugby league club captain has garnered a huge following on social media, where he aims to "empower gay men to build happy, healthy lives".

He also co-hosts the Happy Healthy Homo podcast alongside his partner, YouTuber Joel Wood, where the couple discuss "redefining" the gay community.

Keegan's ex-wife Sara Wilson claimed that when he went on Celebrity First Dates, he wasn't looking for love and instead had a boyfriend.

"Aww @_Paddy_White_ maybe try to date lads without boyfriends next time they may be more interesting!" Keegan's ex-wife tweeted at the time, adding: "#awkward I should know I married him."

Paddy later hit out at his date and told the Mirror: "I would guess that everyone has been deceived by Keegan.

"The show should be about two people meeting with genuine reason to invest time and energy in each other.

"He had no intention to ask me a question or make me feel comfortable – simply be present for publicity reasons.

"Footage that wasn't included in my post-date chat shows me clearly saying I felt stitched up and that I was expecting someone to give as good as they got but it was flat from the off-set."
