Stacey Solomon laughs off awkward gym faux-pas as fans spot intimate blunder

Stacey Solomon was left in stitches after many of her 5.7 million followers spotted an intimate blunder in a new workout video posted by the Loose Women star.

The 33 year old mum of five has been documenting her new-found fitness journey over the past few weeks, as her relatively-unknown sister, Samantha, has been training her at home.

On Wednesday morning, 26 July, the former X Factor personality took to her Instagram stories to show off a video montage of her personal trainer sister putting her through her paces, in a weighted session that took place outside.

Stacey, who looked gorgeous in a white crop top and mint green skintight shorts, could be seen doing deadlifts, leg raises with weighted bands and hip thrusts with a weight, which is when her followers apparently noticed an unfortunate blunder with her shorts.

Over the top of the post, Stacey wrote: "So proud. It's taken me so long to get here.

"Leg morning with my sister before work. Rex [her son] was my 15kg weight today.

"It looks like I'm really happy and smiling at the end but that's actually my 'I hate this and it's hard now face'."

In the next video shared by Stacey, she was on her way to work in London "with all the kids" as she burst into laughter at some of the comments she'd received about her 'camel toe'.

She giggled: "Ive been reading through all of your messages, and some of you have been like, 'Stace, your hoof has turned into a toe'," before she threw back her head in fits.

Stacey continued: "Camel toe is out in full force – I don't know how it has suddenly turned into a toe… It usually is a hoof… maybe all the exercise has split it apart."

The star recently introduced her older 'secret' sister Samantha to her Instagram followers, after a previous mention of her left them baffled.

Her Instagram followers will be very familiar with her other older sister, Jemma Solomon, who often features on Stacey's Instagram stories, but the mention of another sister had people scratching their heads.

To clear up the confusion, Stacey finally recently posted a video with her 'camera-shy' mystery sister.

The pair could be seen in Stacey's outdoor garage-gym conversion before they started a workout, with Stacey dressed in a bright yellow outfit and Samantha in black workout gear.

As she introduced her sister, Stacey said: "She is very shy. Not real life shy – camera-shy." She continued: "You all [her followers] were like 'who the hell is this mystery sister?', so here she is."

She wrote over the Instagram story: "I promised I'd introduce my other sister to you and @samanthastone did not love this!

"She is the funniest and craziest of all of us but is the most camera shy person I know [laughing emoji]. The other kids are with Joe [Stacey's husband] but I always try to take at least one to the gym so it's easier for him."
