Nick Kyrgios eyed some very pricey Miami real estate with girlfriend Costeen Hatzi on Monday after withdrawing from the 2023 Wimbledon tournament amid a wrist injury.

A source exclusively tells Page Six that the tennis bad boy, 28, and his influencer girlfriend, 22, were shopping for a swanky condo in the forthcoming E11even Residences Beyond.

Units in the planned luxury complex range in price from $500,000 to more than $20 million for penthouses.

“[Kyrgios] was looking to buy a place to use when he’s in Miami,” the source said, adding that the Australian athlete seemed “super relaxed” and was “having tons of fun.”

Construction on the new building, which was developed by E11even Partners and PMG, began earlier this summer and is expected to be completed in 2026.

The couple made a weekend out of their Miami pad-hunting excursion. We’re told they dined at rooftop hot spot Giselle on Saturday night where they indulged in oysters, Mediterranean branzino, skirt steak, bluefin tuna truffle cones and cocktails.

“Enjoying Miami ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥,” Hatzi captioned an Instagram post featuring several photos from their time in the coastal Floridian city.

Kyrgios is clearly keeping his mind off of Wimbledon – which kicked off July 3 and wraps this weekend – after withdrawing from the tournament over a torn ligament in his wrist.

Just before the London-based tournament began, the athlete shocked fans when he announced that he had to drop out over the injury.

“I tried my hardest to be ready after my surgery and to be able to step on the Wimbledon courts again. During my comeback, I experienced some pain in my wrist during the week of Mallorca. As a precaution I had it scanned and it came back showing a torn ligament in my wrist,” he wrote in a statement shared via Twitter on July 2.

“I tried everything to be able to play and I am disappointed to say that I just didn’t have enough time to manage it before Wimbledon. I’ll be back, and as always, I appreciate the support from all my fans.”

Hatzi, for her part, shared that she was “heartbroken” over the news.

Kyrgios had been slated to face Belgian pro David Goffin in his first match of the tournament last week.

The injury arose as he attempted his comeback from knee surgery, which ruled him out of the Australian Open and French Open.

The athlete, who finished as runner-up in last year’s Wimbledon, and Hatzi went public with their relationship in December 2021 and moved into an apartment together in Sydney, Australia, the following year.

The duo sparked engagement rumors last April but Kyrgios declined to comment, telling reporters a month later he wanted to “keep that quite private.”

He did, however, call Hatzi “the one” last May.

“She is definitely the one. I am in love with her and she is an amazing person and an amazing support for me,” he told the Daily Telegraph at the time. “She is my best friend, literally. We go through ups and downs together but I love her to bits.”

That same month, he celebrated her birthday with a sweet message on Instagram.

“Who you choose to go through this life with is probably the most important decision you make. I’d choose you every time,” he wrote of the interior designer. “Happy birthday to my closest friend, the person who hates me one minute and loves me the next, the best girlfriend, my biggest fan, my love, and a great partner in life.”

He added, “So happy to bring another year of life in with you! I love you ♾️.”

Hatzi replied in the comments section, writing, “I love you so much 💕💕💕 I’m so lucky to have you. 🖤 to many more birthdays together xx.”

Kyrgios’ rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
