Twins who spent an eye-watering £70,000 each on plastic surgery revealed they're “not very close” to being done.

Dolly and Daisy Simpson are keen to go under the knife many more times to look even more doll-like.

The glamorous sisters visited Daily Star HQ to discuss their plastic pursuits for our new video series My Colourful Life.

And when asked if they were satisfied with their looks, Dolly replied: “We feel like we are not very close to our plastic surgery goal. We want a lot more plastic surgery.

“We would love to get our noses redone, our boobs redone. I guess it takes time to become the woman that you want to be.”

The siblings, from Stockton-on-tees, were first inspired to experiment because they felt insecure about their aesthetic.

They thought they looked “basic” with noses that were” too big” and boobs that were “saggy”.

Self-esteem is also something that they struggled with after getting bullied in school but they now look unrecognisable.

Their surgery tally so far includes a rhinoplasty, breast implants and labiaplasties, as well as beauty treatments like fillers and Botox.

And Dolly has also gone even further by getting liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.

BBL surgery has a death rate as high as one in 3,000 – and Dolly acknowledged her loved ones are worried about their plans to go to further extremes.

She said: “They are very worried about us becoming botched or us overdoing it with our health. They don’t want us to die during surgery.”

Despite their apprehension, their loved ones have supported them with their lifestyle and plastic ambitions.

And Dolly said it has been a positive journey so far.

She told us: “We want to look more alike because it makes us look more like twins. It has been a bonding experience getting plastic surgery together.

“We find it fun and thrilling.”

The eye-catching pair earn a living by selling content on OnlyFans – and said their kinky job plays a part in how they choose to look.

Daisy added: “We want to look like dolls and that is the preference in the industry as well and we feel like we do better if we get more plastic surgery.”

They were both exotic dancers before OnlyFans – but were left jobless once the pandemic caused national lockdowns.

It all worked out in the end though, as they're making a fortune from the adult subscription site.

While Daisy has splashed more on plastic surgery, Dolly had a cautious approach that she'd recommend others taking too.

She said: “The advice I would give to someone who wants to get plastic surgery is I would tell them to do their research and make sure that it is what they want to do with their bodies.

“And I would make them aware that there is always a risk with general anaesthesia and with plastic surgery so make sure you are aware of that risk.”
