Jamie Oliver 'makes £6million profit after selling London mansion'

Jamie Oliver ‘makes £6million profit after selling eight-bedroom London mansion as new owners seek to revamp property’

Jamie Oliver has reportedly made a massive £6million profit after selling his home to the estate of a late porn baron.

Newly released files seen by The Sun show the celebrity chef, 48, sold his London mansion – bought for £8.95million in 2015 – for £15million.

The eight-bedroom abode was purchased by FIJPTC, a trustee company set up for the estate of Paul Raymond, a strip club owner and porn publisher who was known during his life as the ‘King of Soho’.

The new owners are reportedly keen to revamp the property and want to transform the kitchen into an open plan living room and dining area.

Documents filed to Camden City Council say: ‘Current kitchen has low levels of natural lights and is disconnected from the living space.

‘The new owner wishes to carry out a series of sensitive alterations to the property to ensure that it serves their long-term family needs, yet respects the unique historic character of the four-storey house.’

The house was sold in June 2022 according to ownership records at the Land Registry.

The massive pay day Jamie earned means he and his wife Jools made a profit of £864,000 for each year they lived in the house.

Jamie and Jools are now thought to live full-time at their 12-bedroom home in Essex.

It comes after the couple renewed his wedding vows in April, 23 years after tying the knot.

The pair, who have been together since the age of 18, share five kids together, including Poppy Honey, 20, Daisy Boo, 19, Petal Blossom, 13, Buddy Bear, 11 and River Rocket, five.

The chef shared an intimate carousel of family snaps to Instagram, after saying ‘I do’ for a second time at the Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives.

Jamie shard photos from the day and penned: ‘Morning all, Me & @joolsoliver got married again! Yep After 23 years together, we thought it would be a special moment to celebrate renewing our wedding vows before the kids all start leaving the nest.
