Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Eyeing New Digs In Malibu Amid Rumored Marital Rift!
Looks like they are moving — just maybe not moving apart, as some insiders have tried to claim!
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been a hot topic lately amid Radar Online reports that they are facing marital troubles.
An insider for the outlet claimed last week that Prince William‘s little brother was supposedly “taking time apart” from his wife in hopes of rebuilding their bond. Apparently, he needs to “find himself” again and “doesn’t fit in Meghan’s tacky Tinseltown world.” Oof. Deux Moi then claimed via Instagram that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were no longer living together amid rumors they may have sold their Montecito pad.
But a Page Six insider, who is said to be close to the couple, quickly denied ALL the latest speculation. And now, we seem to be getting more evidence that things aren’t as dire as they seemed.
It turns out Harry and Meghan really are looking to make a move — but not one that would tear them apart permanently. On Monday, a confidant told express.com.au that the Archewell founders “have secretly visited” properties in Malibu, California, where they hope to move soon. According to the insider, “it is uncertain if they will sell Montecito or just add a Malibu spot to buy,” but they are set on getting closer to the glitz and glam of Hollywood:
“Harry and Meghan are reviewing their living options with Malibu being a place of interest.”
They continued:
“They have secretly visited the area a couple of times and have been out and about, looking at what’s there. And Meghan knows parts of the region from being there as a kid.”
As for their main desire to switch things up, the source noted the decision is tied to the Suits alum’s desire to get back into the entertainment industry. Since she has “shift gears to focus back on Hollywood after inking a contract with WME,” it only makes sense she’d try to get closer to where the action is happening. The insider explained:
“Being close to Beverly Hills and LA where the deals are done is smart. And of course there is a real Malibu scene where major stars, producers and studio executives all hang out, socialise and get deals done during dinner and beach parties.”
They continued:
“Meghan has friends who live in the area and she likes spots like Soho House. Certainly Prince Harry and Meghan would be welcome at many major parties and would be desired guests.”
So much for claims Harry wanted out of Tinseltown! LOLz!
That said, this move might not be entirely determined by business! The parents also have their kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to think about — and with Archie approaching the time to enroll for kindergarten, they’ll have schooling decisions to make in the near future. The confidant noted that while “home schooling may be the norm” for many wealthy families in the area, many celeb kiddos also “enjoy normal schools” in Malibu, sharing:
“The Sussexes have decisions to make soon regarding their children’s schooling as Archie turns five next year. Home schooling may be the norm for many high earners in the state, but Malibu’s schools are popular with celebrity parents. Malibu has loads of star kids enjoying normal schools.”
We could see this being a very important factor for them right now! And if they are having marital issues, maybe a fresh start would help?!
Also, the mere fact they’re house hunting together seems to prove the rumors were all fake! After all, if they were about to break up, it wouldn’t make sense to be buying another house right now! But what do U think is going on here? Sound OFF (below)!
