Lady Gaga, Irina Shayk avoid Met Gala run in after alleged Bradley Cooper feud

The pair earned Oscar nominations and critical acclaim for their performances as Ally and Jack in the romantic drama, which was directed by Bradley, 44, himself.

In late April however Bradley revealed he is already thinking about reuniting with Gaga, telling Ellen DeGeneres that although they wouldn’t tour the music in A Star Is Born he has considered a one night reading of the script which would include singing.

‘You know what I thought would be really cool to do maybe one night, is do a live reading of the movie, of the script, and sing all the songs as you’re reading the script at The Hollywood Bowl or something,’ he said.

‘It was crazy. I actually wasn’t nervous because I worked so hard and Lady Gaga’s so supportive. But it was terrifying, absolutely, because I’m not a singer and I didn’t sing before this movie so it was really crazy.’

He continued: ‘But it just shows that if you do work really hard and you’re with supportive people that you can do things that you never dreamed was possible.

‘Because I do think with the Oscar thing, people will never watch the movie again if this is bad. Like, “they can’t do it”. It was one of those things where this has to be great. It felt great.’
