Beyoncé And JAY-Z Video Inspires Louvre Tour

Much to the delight of their fans, power couple, Beyoncé and JAY-Z recently released a new album, Everything Is Love. Soon afterwards, they also released a 6-minute music video for the track “Apeshit.”

The video, which has amassed nearly 62 million views on YouTube since its release last month, features several artworks which are presently on display at the Louvre in Paris, France.

Responding to the largely positive reviews of the video by critics and fans alike, the museum has decided to organize a special tour of the building, called “JAY-Z and Beyonce at the Louvre”. The 1.5 hour-length tour will explore the works of art featured in the video, including Marie-Guillemine Benoist’s Portrait d’une négresse and Théodore Géricault’s The Charging Chasseur, among many others.

Meanwhile, the duo is presently on their On The Run Tour II, which is set to hit venues in North America later this month.
