Hot new couple Zoe Kravitz and Channing Tatum sneak in some time together at Met Gala after walking the red carpet separately

The 2021 Met Gala was the place to be on Monday evening, with many of the industry’s most famous faces gracing the prestigious event.

And Zoe Kravitz and her rumored boyfriend Channing Tatum were in attendance, though the pair opted to walk the red carpet separately.

Once they completed their photo ops, Channing and Zoe entered into the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where they were treated to performances by the likes of Justin Bieber.

The 41-year-old actor and the 32-year-old actress have been the subject of romance rumors over the past several weeks as they continue to spend tons of time together in NYC.

Kravitz stunned Met Gala attendees and onlookers in a barely-there Saint Laurent cage dress.

Highlighting her svelte figure, Zoe’s gown was made from glittering YSL-emblem chains and little more.

Embracing modern elegance, she twisted her braids into a chic chignon while playing up her already stunning features with a touch of smoky shadow.

The Magic Mike star’s head was completely shaven.

The duo were photographed exiting a black SUV just outside New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

With their undeniable beauty thoroughly captured by shutterbugs, Channing and Zoe headed inside the museum, where all the celebrities congregated in anticipation of the evening’s festivities.

Justin Bieber, who attended the Met Gala with his model wife Hailey Bieber, delivered a surprise musical performance.

The 27-year-old hitmaker rocked a denim on denim ensemble consisting of an oversized jean jacket and baggy bottoms.

The Baby singer kept his once drool-worthy visage beneath a black balaclava, reminiscent of ones donned by Kim Kardashian and her estranged husband Kanye West in recent months.

Bieber got the crowd pumped as he performed at the very edge of the stage with a portable microphone in hand.

Delivering some elegance to their performance slot was Broadway star Audra McDonald.

The 51-year-old Respect actress took to the stage in a bright red off-the-shoulder ballgown with buttons up the front.

Her raven tresses were styled into a neat chignon, while she accessorized with an array of diamond jewelry.

Once the event wrapped up, Zoe and Channing were photographed together once more walking down the steps of the Met, clearly on their way home.

The Met Gala is finally back after being cancelled in 2020 amid the pandemic. This year it was pushed to September from its traditional slot on the first Sunday in May.

The theme is In America: A Lexicon of Fashion and the event features a heavy-hitting contingent of celebrity co-chairs: actor Timothée Chalamet, musician Billie Eilish, poet Amanda Gorman and tennis star Naomi Osaka.

Honorary chairs for the evening will be designer Tom Ford, sponsor Instagram’s Adam Mosseri, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour.

At just 19, Billie will make history as the youngest ever co-chair of the prestigious event.

When the hosts were first announced, Vogue magazine said: ‘Each of the Met’s four co-hosts embodies the defining factor of American style: individualism.

‘[They have each] developed a distinct visual language for their public personas, one that is informed by the legacy of iconic fashion made in the USA.’

The must-have accessory for all at this year’s gala is a Covid-19 vaccine.

‘Currently, all attendees at The Met Gala on September 13 must provide proof of full vaccination and will also be expected to wear masks indoors except when eating or drinking,’ a spokesperson for The Met said last month.

This year’s gala will be a more intimate affair, to be followed by a larger one on May 2, 2022. Both will launch a two-part exhibition, a survey of American fashion to be on view for almost a year.

In America: A Lexicon of Fashion, opening Sept. 18, will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the museum´s Costume Institute and ‘explore a modern vocabulary of American fashion,’ the spokesperson added.

Part two, In America: An Anthology of Fashion, will open in the museum’s popular American Wing period rooms on May 5, 2022, and will explore American fashion, with collaborations with film directors, by ‘presenting narratives that relate to the complex and layered histories of those spaces.’ Both parts will close on Sept. 5, 2022.

Queen & Slim filmmaker Melina Matsoukas has been commissioned to create an open-ended film to project in the galleries, with content changing during the course of the exhibition.

The gala is a major fundraiser, providing the Costume Institute with its primary source of funding.
