Gemma Collins has wowed fans by showing off her four stone weight loss in a stunning pair of zebra print trousers.

The 40 year old took to Instagram on Wednesday to flaunt her slimmer waist in a post to her 2.2million followers.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma flaunted her derrière in the snap, taken in her perfectly white kitchen with a colourful vase of flowers proudly on display.

Blonde beauty Gemma plugged a new device to help with period cramps in the post, crediting the small wearable device Noha by Ovira for helping with her PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) symptoms.

She claimed: "My PCOS symptoms have never felt this painless. I seriously wish this was available years ago."

Gemma continued in the sponsored post: "This month is PCOS Awareness Month so if you're like me and struggle with PCOS or menstrual pain, don’t struggle any longer…"

Many of the reality star's fans took to the comment section to tell Gemma how "hot" and "pretty" she looks, with others going wild for the trousers – later discovered to be from high street retailer Zara.

One fan wrote: "you look the most Beautiful I’ve seen you on this picture. Hope good things are happening for you lovely!"

A second penned: "wow you look amazing," alongside a number of flame emojis.

She told The Sun: "I'm going to have a baby next year. Rami and I are going to try — we're really excited about that.
