Hugo Hammond is one of many former Love Islanders charging fans for personalised messages.

While the 25 year old, who recently reunited with fellow dumped Islanders, wasn't able to find love within the luxurious confines of the Majorcan villa, he's found a way of using his newfound stardom to up his bank balance.

Using video messaging app Cameo, Hugo is charging fans of the hit ITV dating show Love Island £51.75 for him to send a clip to them.

The star isn't the only contestant from the programme to be using the platform to make extra cash on the side as Lucinda Strafford, 21, is charging £59.25, Andrea-Jane Bunker, 28, charges £10.50, 23 year old Chuggs Wallis' profile states you can "book" him for £21.75, while Matthew MacNabb, 26, charges £37.50.

"Hi everyone, I hope you're well. It's Hugo here," Hugo says in one video on his Cameo profile.

He continues: "I'm fresh out of the Love Island villa and I'm really looking forward to, erm, giving your best mates shout outs and having a laugh with you all."

Many of his fans have left reviews, gushing over the stellar job he's done with their video as one person wrote: "My friend micky is going through a really hard time so I booked Hugo to give her a pep talk and she cannot stop smiling!! It's really made her day and boosted her spirits. She loves it!! Thank you Hugo I hope you know you have really helped her mentally through this difficult time in her life," followed by a red heart emoji.

It comes after Hugo recently shared a TikTok with fans admitting that fellow islander Liberty Poole, 21, "pulled him for a chat" after Jake Cornish, 24, had told her he wanted to get to know Millie Court, also 24.

Former PE teach Hugo claimed the show chose not to air the chat to "protect Jiberty" in the explosive clip.

The TikTok shows Hugo looking at the camera then walking over to the window and shaking his head as he has his hands on the window ledge and is looking down.

Hugo shows his disappointment in the video and captioned it: “When Lib pulls you for chats after Jakey wanted to get to know Millie but the show didn’t air it to protect ‘jiberty’ and now this happens,” and he follows it with a disappointing face emoji and a red broken heart emoji.

Fans have questioned Jake’s true feeling for Liberty for some weeks and Hugo’s video gives fans a further insight into their romance in the villa.

This isn't the first time Hugo has mentioned his chat with Liberty as he also spoke out about it during an interview with Closer.

Hugo began: “When I got back [to the UK] I spoke to my family and I said, 'Oh did you see that Lib pulled me for a chat when Jake had a chat with Mills?' And I don't think it was shown, but me and Lib had a chat."

"Oh! Was that not shown?” a shocked Lucinda replied, as Hugo shook his head.

"I don't think so,” the former contestant said, and Brighton-based Lucinda cried: “Oh! That's goss, tea central."
