Prince William Shared the Parenting Struggle He and Kate Middleton Face With Prince George
Parenting can be hard — even for royals. Prince William just shared one of the struggles he and Kate Middleton face with their eldest son Prince George, 8, and it's actually super relatable.
According to Entertainment Tonight, royal reporters said that the Duke of Cambridge crowned screen time as the biggest obstacle in their household during a tour of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) headquarters as president of the organization. He said that he and Kate are "trying to regulate" Prince George's gaming. "They're fascinated by it," Prince William said of the kids and technology, though he adds that Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis 3 "are a bit too small at the moment, but they love the films."
It appears that the duke and duchess do not have any plans to expand their family. Last month, the couple traveled to Lancashire, England, where they met families at the Clitheroe Community Hospital. At one point, Kate sweetly held a baby, to which William joked "Don't give my wife any more ideas!" When Kate was slow to hand the little girl back to her parents, William added, "Don't take her with you."
While they may not be interested in growing their clan, the couple is still passionate about children. Their first public appearance of 2022 included a visit to the Foundling Museum, a tribute to the U.K.'s first children's charity, the Foundling Hospital.
