Russell Crowe, 57, makes a rare public appearance with his glamorous girlfriend Britney Theriot, 31, as he watches Ash Barty match at the Australian Open in Melbourne

Russell Crowe and his girlfriend Britney Theriot are still going strong. 

The private couple made a rare public appearance as they attended the match between Australian tennis player Ashleigh Barty and American Danielle Collins at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Saturday. 

The Gladiator actor, 57, and the American actress-turned-real estate agent, 31, appeared relaxed and shared laughs during the tournament at Melbourne Park.

Sitting close together, they were focused on the game taking place on the court below. 

In between sets, the pair, who were guests of luxury designer Ralph Lauren, chatted to friends in a row behind them, both seemingly in great spirits. 

Britney looked glamorous in a long-sleeved black, Ralph Lauren dress with a deep V-neck cut that showed off a hint of cleavage.

She opted for a soft makeup look along with pink lipstick and wore her caramel locks down around her face. 

The Oscar winning actor kept things casual in a navy blue shirt from Polo Ralph Lauren and sported his trademark salt and pepper beard.    

The couple sat alongside actress Teresa Palmer, 35, who donned a retro look with an eye-catching aqua scarf and red lipstick.

Britney, who is the spitting image of Russell’s ex-wife, Australian singer and actress Danielle Spencer, 52, has since become a real estate agent.

Danielle and Russell married in April 2003 at his farm in Nana Glen. They separated in 2012 and finalised their divorce six years later, in 2018.   

The exes have two sons together, Tennyson Spencer Crowe, 15, and Charles Spencer Crowe, 18.
